I never realized that one needed to worry about a sink detaching from a granite countertop, but that’s what we were dealing with. The sink was sinking and then messing with the plumbing below. I got in touch with Stone X and sent some pics of the problem. They scheduled a repair date in short order and traveled the distance to North Woodstock to make the repair, which involved removing the sink, removing all the old adhesive material, applying new adhesive, and reinstalling the sink. They did a beautiful job and left the kitchen spotless. Communications throughout the process were very friendly and professional. I made one phone call to have our counter taken out and cut down to a specific size and they came in a fee days later and took our counter out, brought it back a few days later and did a wonderful job.
